Marc led the development and implementation of AT&T’s e-learning strategy. He directed the design and deployment of the company's education and training web portal, which now serves as the single source of learning programs for employees worldwide. Also for AT&T, Marc designed and implemented a performance management strategy, system and supporting training for corporate-wide use.
