[02.28.08]  Marc will also be presenting "Beyond E-Learning" at the ASTD International Conference and Expo in San Diego on June 1-4.  The exact date of the San Diego presentation is still to be determined.  In addition, you can also participate in Marc's preconference, two-day course, Managing Organizational Knowledge (MOK), part of ASTD, CPLP certification program.  This course focuses on the role knowledge management plays in organizational learning.  For information on ASTD's conferences, click here.  For informaton on the MOK course, click here.

[02.28.08]  Marc will present "Beyond E-Learning" at the ISPI International Conference in New York City on April 7.  The conference is at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in Times Square.  This presentation covers the major points in Marc's second book of the same name, published by Pfeiffer.  For more information on the ISPI Conference, and to register for this event, click here.

[03.11.08] Marc will present a one-day workshop on "Knowledge Management Strategy: Distributing Information in the Workplace" at the 2008 E-Learning Guild Annual Gathering in Orlando on April 14.  On April 15, Marc will lead a "deep dive" on "Building Organizational Alignment" at the Guild's Learning Management Colloquium, which is a special feature of the Annual Gathering.  For more information and registration, click here.

[04.18.07]  Marc joins with industry leader Harold Stolovitch to present at ASTD's "Telling Ain't Training" Conference on October 1 and 2 at Marriott's Crystal City Hotel in the Washington, DC area (near National Airport).  This conference offers an experiential approach to transforming “telling” into activities that result in long-term retention and behavior change.  Marc's presentations will focus on the use of technology in training.  For more information and to register, click here.

[05.06.06]  Marc's new book, "Beyond E-Learning" receives "four stars" from Training Magazine.  In the May 2006 issue of the magazine (page 59), book reviewer Jane Bozarth begins her review with, "Marc Rosenberg has hit another home run," and continues, "...Rosenberg again displays his special knack for tying togehter the myriad considerations associated with e-learning."

[04.19.06]  In the spirit of giving something back, Marc was elected to a three-year term on his home town's Board of Education, where he and other citizen board members will oversee the operations of a 7,000 student K-12 school district.  Hopefully, Marc will have ample opportunities to bring his experience to bear on improving local schools, and helping kids learn and prepare for their future.

[01.01.06]  Marc's presentation, "Beyond E-Learning," previewing his new book, Beyond E-Learning: Approaches and Technologies to Enhance Knowledge, Learning and Performance (Pfeiffer), will be delivered at ASTD's TechKnowledge Conference in Denver, on February 2, at VNU's Training 2006 Conference in Orlando on March 6, and at ASTD's International Conference in Dallas on May 7 and 8.
