Training: helping organizations develop enterprise or departmental training strategy, and implementing that strategy. Whether it is up-front needs assessment, program design or delivery, or evaluation and quality assurance, the goal is to enable businesses get the most value out of their investment in the training function.
Organizational learning: moving beyond training to help build an environment that support continuous learning on the job. This certainly includes formal learning, but also moves into informal, workplace learning and collaboration that strengthens the organization by building and sustaining a learning culture.
E-Learning: helping organizations develop and implement an e-learning strategy that is much more than just “e-training," and to integrate e-learning with training, knowledge management and performance support in ways that are supportable and sustainable across the enterprise.
Knowledge Management: identifying opportunities for knowledge and expertise creation, distribution and sharing within a work group or throughout the business, and building high-value connections between people -- employees, customers or partners -- who have similar interests and needs.
Performance Improvement: bringing all of these capabilities together systematically to deliver greater impact than using any one of them alone. This creates more synchronized learning and knowledge solutions that better support human performance.

Four Service Offerings
Consulting: special focus on e-learning and knowledge management strategy; needs assessment; blended learning design; training program assessment and evaluation; and using learning and knowledge strategies beyond employees, to support customers, partners and suppliers. These are accomplished through a team specifically selected for the job from a group of professionals and high quality partners.
Retained advisory services: more personalized and unbiased research, consulting and coaching over time, provided to groups and individuals – including executives such as chief learning and chief knowledge officers – to assist them in achieving their business goals around learning and performance. This includes long-term change management, quality assurance and evaluation of solutions across the five focus areas.
Presentations, Seminars and Workshops: exclusive and often customized presentations, from one hour keynote speeches to full-day workshops on learning/e-learning, knowledge management and performance improvement topics. Beyond educational purposes, these presentations can be used to kick off larger learning and performance improvement initiatives. Facilitation services are also available to support group learning, problem solving and strategic planning.
Writing Services: development and evaluation of print materials for instruction, documentation and marketing relating to the five focus areas above. This includes the development of proprietary and non-proprietary articles, strategy documents, white papers, presentations and other forms of collateral, as well as the development of learning or knowledge-based content to enhance the effectiveness of an organization's Intranet or external web site. |
